Having started her career at just 16, Madeline has cultivated a deep connection with her clients, working alongside them to evolve their style through every season of life. Jaysa-Hope's journey into the beauty industry began early, as she knew her passion for hair & makeup when she was just six years old. She took her first step into work at 14, offering special event hair & makeup services, and by 18, she was working her first wedding. Since then, she's made weddings a regular part of her weekend routine.

After graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2020, Jaysa-Hope has become known for her expertise in blondes and extensions during her weekdays at the salon. Matt’s love for cosmetology started young, not only as an art, but using his creative skill to make people feel like their best self. He grew up in Tuscaloosa, AL and started freelancing hair and makeup in high school. After that, he knew cosmetology school was calling his name and graduated from the Paul Mitchell school in Birmingham, specializing in custom color and extensions.

Kallie's passion for cosmetology started back in high school doing her friends and family’s hair and makeup, but her love for makeup is what led her into the hair industry. She loves building relationships with her clients & encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves. She believes God called her into this industry and to make others feel beautiful! Hayley is a professional hairstylist and colorist. She specialize in blondes, dimensional brunettes and extensions. Growing up watching her mom do hair sparked this passion. She got her first pair of shears at 13. Hayley pursued her education at the Paul Mitchell school in Birmingham right after finishing high school. She is very passionate about teaching her clients the best hair care and maintenance. Hayley is a perfectionist with her craft and loves to make her clients feel and look their best!

Hi everyone! My name is Shelby Traweek and for the past two years, I’ve had the privilege to assist Jaysa-Hope in the salon and working weddings! I’m a recent graduate of Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School, and I’ve always known that the beauty industry is where I truly belong.

Halle has always had a passion for the beauty industry. Meeting new people and getting to make them feel beautiful is the most rewarding part of it all. She started cosmetology school at 18 and graduated from Paul Mitchell in September 2024. Soon after, she started training to be an assistant. She is currently assisting under two amazing stylists at Unite Salon: Kallie Sinquefield and Matt Hall.

During her time at Paul Mitchell, she fell in love with transforming hair and doing special event hair and makeup. She often works weddings on the weekends and is willing to travel far and wide for any special event.
